The job duties of this position include:
Greeting the tenants at the front desk and providing excellent customer service Completing an activity report with an entry for every hour on duty Conducting 3 interior building patrols and scanning QR codes Using access control and only letting people in who have an access card Monitoring the cameras Monitoring the fire panel Anwsering the phone This position requires you to be able to be on your feet for at least 8 hours a day, walking as you will have to do rounds, and being able to stay alert through your shift The pay for this position is $17/hour.
Schedules available are :
